VIJA Technology LLC is an integrated engineering, precision manufacturing, fabrication, and automation solutions company based in Vietnam serving customers worldwide including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe and North America.
With roots dating back to 2012, VIJA began with mechanical design and engineering services and expanded into CNC machining, precision sheet metal, laser processing, fabrication, automation, and complete manufacturing solutions with the help of Japanese customers and our management team speak fluent Japanese, hence the name VIJA derived from the teamwork between Vietnam and Japan. Today, VIJA combines these capabilities within one integrated organization, providing customers with a single source for projects from concept and engineering through production, assembly, inspection, and delivery.
Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling and turning, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, stamping, bending, welding, robotic welding, grinding, wire EDM, EDM, pipe bending, laser tube cutting, powder coating, surface treatment, and finish product assembly. We also provide engineering and automation services, including CAD design, JIG and fixture design.
Quality Manufacturing
VIJA operates a broad range of modern manufacturing equipments, including CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, gantry machining systems, wire EDM, grinding equipment, fiber laser cutting systems, press brakes, punching equipment, pipe bending and laser tube cutting systems, and powder-coating equipment.
Our CNC machining capabilities are designed for complex components and demanding OEM applications, including automotive, hydraulic, and precision industrial components. Our fabrication capabilities extend from individual components to complete platforms, JIGs, housing, enclosures, and finished assemblies.
Quality & Reliability
Quality is fundamental to everything we do. VIJA maintains a quality management system based on Japanese philosophy and ISO 9001:2015. We use precision inspection and measurement equipment to verify manufacturing accuracy and product quality. Our quality control capabilities include optical measurement, automatic 3D measurement, roundness measurement, profile measurement, hardness testing, surface measurement, color measurement, and other QA/QC processes.
We believe that every component, assembly, and manufacturing process should meet clearly defined quality requirements, specifications, and delivery commitments.
Global Manufacturing - Local U.S. Support
In 2026, VIJA expanded its presence in the United States to provide North American customers with quicker communication, local support, and access to an established engineering and manufacturing operation in Vietnam. At the same time, VIJA continues to invest in advanced manufacturing, automation, fabrication technology, and international quality systems, supported by a workforce of approximately 300 employees.
Our U.S. presence is designed to make it easier for American companies to work directly with an experienced overseas manufacturing partner while maintaining responsive communication and customer support.
